Job Opening: Senior Data Analyst

Job Duties:

- Create a Lookalike Model using K-Means clustering from TensorFlow to explore new customers with existing data of customer behaviors.

- Implement the customer loyalty program using Personalize Recommendation, which evaluated by the increase in repeat purchases and in customer retention.

- Design and develop coupon strategy using Decision Tree and XGBoost for customers based on their behavior and purchase history.

- Apply and maintain data mining, NLP, and machine learning models that improve data accessibility and accuracy, supporting critical business operations.

- Implement scalable data models and data warehouse solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) to optimize data flow and storage.

- Analyze living customer datasets using A/B testing evaluated by email opens and clicks increase than non-segmented campaigns.

- Optimize ETL processes, ensure data integrity, and find opportunities to add efficiency and automation to everyday tasks.

- Build interactive and visually appealing dashboards reports and data visualizations using Domo or Tableau to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.

- Research product popularity and competitor content and rankings for exploration of new products.

Job Requirements: Job entails working with and requires master’s degree in computer engineering, Data Science, or equivalent or relevant with Candidate must have 1-year professional experience in:

• Account management (Shopify, BigCommerce), ERP

• Inventory control, Warehouse management,

• Tableau, Power BI,, MySQL, AWS EC2,

• Decision Tree, Random Forest, KNN,

• Python( PyTorch, Scikit-Learn), Data Mining, Time Series Forecasting.

Employers will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. Employer will accept a master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in one of the requisite fields followed by 1 years of experience in the position Data Analyst or related.
